HOW WE HANDLE DATA

Practical controls behind our Legal policy

Legal is not only a page of wording; it also describes the controls we use around your account.

Account data

We collect the account details needed to create access, confirm your phone and respond to requests. Our staff use the registered account record when handling a Legal question, so another person cannot casually request details about your activity.

Cookies

Cookies help keep the account session working and remember settings needed for the Legal and account pages. You can manage browser cookie controls, although changing them may affect sign-in, policy links or the path back to the lobby.

Payment references

A DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS, bank transfer or virtual account reference may be retained to match a payment query. We do not need your wallet PIN or one-time code to investigate a receipt or status issue.

Account security

Phone verification comes before account access and before we discuss private records. Keep your password and one-time codes private. If your device changes, tell support through the account route so we can check ownership before making an access change.

Retention requests

We keep records only as long as needed for account administration, payment reconciliation, disputes and policy duties. You can ask what record is held, request a correction or ask about removal; we will explain any record that must remain.

Change requests

To request a data change, contact support with your registered phone number, the field you want corrected and the reason. We may ask for additional ownership checks, then confirm whether the change is completed or explain the applicable Legal restriction.

Answers before you open an account

These Legal answers focus on the questions we expect from Indonesian customers before account creation. They explain where to find the policy text, how we handle personal records, what happens during phone verification and how to ask for a correction. If your question concerns access to the service, remember that availability depends on local law and may differ by location.

The Legal page is linked from the account and footer areas, so you can read it before creating access. It covers account conditions, data handling, cookies, payment references, requests for changes and access wording for Indonesia where local law permits.

Yes. Phone verification is an account step used before access and before we discuss private records. Use the phone number registered to your account, keep one-time codes private and contact support if a new device or number prevents verification.

Our Legal policy allows a payment reference to be checked when you ask about a DANA or QRIS transaction. Send the date and reference through support; never send a wallet PIN or one-time code. The record may be retained for reconciliation.

You can request a correction through the policy contact route. Include your registered phone number, identify the field that is wrong and explain the requested change. We confirm ownership first, then tell you whether the correction can be made.

It means account availability and eligibility are assessed against the rules applicable to your location. We provide access where local law permits. If a local restriction affects your request, support can explain the policy path without promising access.

Send a removal request through support with your registered phone number and the records you want reviewed. We assess the request under our Legal policy. Some records may need to remain for payment reconciliation, disputes or required account administration.

Use the support link beside the account or cashier area and label your message as a Legal question. Add the clause or topic, your registered phone number and the relevant date. We will route the request to the team handling policy matters.
